Meet the North Glen Team
Each one of our Ministry leaders is a "home-grown" product of North Glen Baptist Church. Uniquely enough, each one of our leaders has either grown up in the church, or has grown into each position through the growth administered by the Holy Spirit during their service at North Glen.
Pastor
Paul Bachman has been attending North Glen for over 20 years. After serving many years as a deacon he was chosen as our Associate Pastor, serving along side of our Pastor at the time, Phillip Fowler. Once Pastor Fowler left in August 2008, Paul quickly stepped in to provide the pastoral duties during North Glen's time of transition. In May 2009, Paul Bachman was unanimously voted in as North Glen's Senior Pastor.
Pastor Paul has a wonderful ability to reach out to those who are struggling with their circumstances, and an all-consuming passion to reach people for Christ. He concentrates connecting with those who are hurting through support groups, and is dedicated to further small group bible studies in which he believes true discipleship is formed. His desire to help people connect with God is not limited to those within the church but extends out to the community. Working together with all the leaders in North Glen, Paul seeks to develop the church to become the congregation that God has intended us to be, and to reach those who are seeking to live the abundant life only possible with Jesus.
Church Office Administrator
Tammy Foca has been serving at North Glen for several years, and is now serving as our secretary. Tammy's tender personality, sincere kindness, and
pleasant demeanor have been a wonderful asset to North Glen, and we are blessed to have this young mom of rambunctious twin boys be an integral part of our church!
Young Adult Director, Building and Grounds Director
Tony Foca has been serving in North Glen Baptist Church for over 20 years, and grew up through the children, youth, and young adult groups North Glen offers. Now, a seasoned disciple for Christ and Ordained Deacon, Tony leads the Young Adults i a cloaser walk with Christ. From teaching Bible Study on Sunday mornings, to hosting game nights and times of relaxation and fun with friends, Tony's devout character, and somewhat goofy personality are traits that have helped push this generation of members to becoming more Christ-centered, building up a new generation of Leaders.

Children's Director
Shiloh Cole has been a part of North Glen all the way through her teenage years, and now, as a young woman, uses her remarkable talent and passion in our children's department. By utilizing her skills as a full time preschool teacher, Shiloh taylors Bible lessons for the Children to better understand, and firmly establishes God's truth in their hearts, one fun lesson after another. From organizing inward ministries such as Children's plays and Sunday School, to outward ministries that involve our community, such as our Fall Festival, sports days, and Vacation Bible School, Shiloh's energy and all around fun-loving attitude have kept the Children's ministry going, and is propelling it forward to train up the little ones to lead lives pleasing to God.
